With 30-plus years of working in various organizations and capitalizing on ways to improve processes, our goal is to help our clients explore possibilities. In addition, the Chief Strategic Officer of Benjamin Consulting Group, Dr. Calvin Benjamin, is an author that has written about principles that are helpful to apply to improve processes in various organizations.

Dr. Benjamin, a U.S. Navy Veteran, has seen over 20 countries in his travels. Active Member of The Society of Professional Consultants. Academically, he has earned the following degrees: Doctor of Strategic Leadership, Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Master of Science in Information Technology, and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

What is the process for consultations?

This depends on what services the client is seeking. Once that is determined, the consultant will clearly state what services are offered and set up a meeting to start the process. None of our strategies are the same for everyone; at BCG, we tailor to the client.

What is the rationale surrounding the services offered?

After nearly 4 decades in the workforce, I continue to see issues with organizational bottlenecks, organizational talent management, improper use of tools and resources, and limited support for individual growth. Some leaders are effectively addressing these issues. We can help!

How many consultants does Benjamin Consulting Group have?

Currently just one. Just me. I am the owner of the organization but do not use the title CEO or President. Instead, I am the Chief Strategic Officer. In the future, as the organization grows, there will be other individuals with other roles.

What qualifies the Chief Strategic Officer to perform this role?

Besides gaining hands-on experience in various organizations, I have earned a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree which encompasses several strategic methodologies. Additionally, I have earned a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a focus on Coaching and Consulting.
